Tim Bowdler, editor
Tim has been a journalist for 20 years. He started out at the Watford Observer, did some freelance, was Editor of Haymarket title Motorsport News for five years and was the Deputy Editor at What Car? for a bit before he was poached by 4Car.
Crimes? Well he nearly missed a Mazda launch, dyes his hair frequently in a bid to look young and once bought a brand-spanking new Alfa 147. God help us all.
Craig Thomas, managing editor
Craig Thomas, managing editor
Craig comes from a former British Leyland stronghold in south Wales where they use cooking oil to run diesels and have an over-fondness for little cars and bored-out exhausts - which is why he's lived in London for 20 years.
Craig is an experienced journalist who has worked at the Press Association and The Guardian, covering music, TV, film, travel, fashion and design. But we forgive him when he comes over all 'lifestyle'.
Farah AlKhalisi, news and features editor
Farah AlKhalisi, news and features editor
Sole survivor of the team which founded 4Car, Farah started out researching and writing for titles such as Parker's Car Chooser before heading online.
Rarely spending more than £500 on a car, she has owned a variety of battered old bangers - some faster than others, but all invariably undesirable. Perhaps this is because, growing up in rural Sussex, she learnt to drive on a tractor, and has never quite progressed from there.
John Mahoney, road test editor
John Mahoney, road test editor
John worked for a lifestyle magazine and a business title before joining 4Car. He kicked off his car writing career crunching data for What Car? before swapping hemispheres for a life in the sun and a job road testing for Australia's Wheels magazine. He eventually escaped the colonies, but not without visible scars, a strange accent and long hair.
Adam Jenkins, multimedia editor
Adam Jenkins, multimedia editor
Ever since seeing the World Rally Championship circus roll through his home town in Northumberland, Adam's been a motorsport fan. Thanks to driving cars in the city around 4Car Towers, he's finally discovered cars can go forwards as well as sideways.
Jamie Cullen, production assistant
Jamie Cullen, production assistant
Jamie fits his duties at 4Car into a glamorous jet-set lifestyle. A gentleman and a scholar, when he isn't wrestling copy from the trembling hands of motoring journalists he's an international art dealer, a part-time Vegas high-roller and one hell of an oil rigger. He can often be found at the front of the Tube instructing the driver not to spare the horses.
