The Fiat Bravo has received the full five stars for adult occupant safety in the Euro NCAP crash tests, with three stars for child protection and two for pedestrian protection.

Active and Dynamic models have front, side and curtain airbags, stability control and Isofix child seat mounting points; window airbags and a driver's knee airbag are extra-cost options, along with rear seatbelt pre-tensioners and active head restraints. Deadlocks are standard, an alarm optional.
