Today
Early morning mist and fog in the south will slowly clear. Generally cloudy start, but some bright or sunny spells will develop. Most areas continuing cold. Cloudier and milder in the northwest with some drizzle possible over hills.

Tonight
Much of England and Wales will be dry, but again frosty with mist and fog patches reforming. Scotland and Northern Ireland will become cloudier, milder and breezier.

Saturday
Outbreaks of rain will spread across Northern Ireland and Scotland, and to northern England later. Southern areas remaining dry and chilly with mist, broken cloud and bright spells.
